Field operations at an international development NGO

On-the-ground coordination for Kesar mango farmers in Gujarat — eight activities across scattered sites. Facilitated baseline surveys through soft influence over field teams, built the dashboards and communication collaterals that kept leadership informed, and did the secondary research that scoped a new intervention for groundnut farmers.

Behavioural change consulting for a public health nonprofit

Restructured how PFI’s health communication materials landed with adolescents and communities across UP, Bihar, and Rajasthan. Field observations first, then redesign. Identified 19 potential partner organisations and mapped the strategic case for each. Nine months, three states, one question: does this actually change behaviour?

First real job. Built Python-based risk monitoring controls and automated the exposure verification workflows nobody wanted to touch manually. Helped push the Risk Data team toward BCBS-239 compliance. The kind of work where you’re invisible until something breaks — and nothing broke.
