I see the structure underneath things — and the patterns that connect them.
I'm an engineer by degree, an economist by training, and a liberal arts thinker by conviction. I've shipped products at an investment bank, coordinated field projects for a thousand farmers, built payment systems that recovered millions, and defined product strategy for a multi-agent AI platform.
That's not a scattered path. Each move followed a more interesting problem, not a more prestigious title. The thread is structural perception — seeing the same patterns in finance, international development, edtech, and AI, and building things at each stop.
Outside work, I build tools for thinking — knowledge systems, writing frameworks, AI tooling — and side projects like the India Data Portal. I'm interested in a lot of things.

Built a scrollytelling data platform that transforms India’s budget, economy, healthcare, and education data into interactive visualisations. Every number traces to a government publication. 21 phases shipped in 10 days.
Shaped product strategy and roadmap for a multi-agent AI platform serving industrial contexts. Defined product direction across conversational AI, voice assistants, and agent orchestration.
Built payment recovery automation, checkout optimisation, and a new consumer product line across a global edtech platform. Led platform migrations and revenue operations over three and a half years.
Ongoing experiments and side projects.
Custom multi-model workflow with specialised agents, a memory system with hybrid search, knowledge graph, and reflection protocols. Built because composing my own tools is how I think best.
Five discrete skills wired into an end-to-end pipeline with CRM integration. Scout, learn, bid, showcase, profile — automated where possible, human where it matters.
A framework rooted in applied psychology. Audience mapping, persuasion sequences, and a post-draft audit that asks things like “Whose world are we in?” and “What’s the single flawed premise the opposing view rests on?”

Writing as engineering a specific experience in someone else’s mind. Persuasion as a systems problem, not a rhetorical one.
The long game. Carbon footprint calculators, energy trackers, climate policy aggregators. Work that matters beyond the market.
The architecture of human-AI collaboration. Where is human attention most valuable, and how do you build infrastructure that enforces that allocation?
The connecting thread. How the same structural logic appears in finance, development, edtech, AI, persuasion, and knowledge management.
